Finally we have finish the race of BNCO in 2007. As understood, there might be some who will be laughing their heads off while some whinning, but nevertheless, the course would not be successful without your contribution. Over the past months, i do hope that each and everyone get to know more skills and knowledge as a junior nco as well as making more new friends across schools. Despite the fact that you are all strangers of different schools, the relationship grows over this month. By suffering together, gossips, cursing and swearing at the officers and instructors, i believe all of you make more new friends than enemies. For those who had successfully graduated, i do hope to see you in advance course next year. Be more prepared as this time round, you will be tested on your leadership skills. However, for those out of the categories, do not be dishearted, some events occurs unintentionally and if it doesn't run smooth now, try again next time. The courage to try and complete the task is the most honourable spirit comparing to the action of giving up. As said, failure are part of learning cycle and only through failure that you will do better. To all my wonderful instructors, to keep up the good work and continue to progress.
